Well Hyosung's Comets(250 & 650) used Suzuki's SV line up engines. And Hyosung's Comet was nothing but a Suzuki SV series 250cc(technologywise - as there has been no SV250 Suzuki production model),when it comes to the mill.

4 years since technology has moved up, a 250cc SV mill can do around 35 easy horses and if it is a GSXR series 250........then it will be a truckload of horses. However I am more into facts, so lets wait n watch. One more thing I heard the Ninja 250 costs around 2.5L here.Well Suzuki is likely to make the 250 in India and would retail for 1.5L INR at the most.
Ninja is about 3L on road man! Secondly, we can all argue that Yamaha or Suzuki can make a 250 in half the price, but what ACTUALLY HAPPENS is what matters the most.

What's the use of arguing possibilities until they don't happen?
Trust me, I have spent few years arguing various possibilities on Xbhp, but nothing made a difference till now... So I stopped.

Samarth- i dont see anything wrong with it being a 2 valve air cooled engine mate.it still can make 25 + useable ps.
A bike with decent toque and power figures are needed rather than having a mental block that it has to be a 4v LC and it will perform , thats not the case all the time .
    Id prefer a 250 v twin
Hmm... I agree man. Somehow every biker suffers a bit from this "technology" hype. For the record I admit that, me too.
However, 2 cylinders does make a lot of difference.

Can u please explain whats a lil diff b/w inline twin and parallel twin .

I could have used the word parallel instead , Used the word inline on purpose.
                Its the same.

In my opinion parallel twin & inline twin are the same, they are like calling cars as sedan & saloon. Wiki also confirms the same on the inline/parallel engines - Straight-two engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. If its different, pls educate us. Thanks.

A straight-two engine, parallel twin or inline twin is a two-cylinder piston engine that has its cylinders arranged in a single row. There are two primary crankshaft configurations for this engine with a new third configuration. V-Twin or a crossplane (American) V8.
                    Parallel Twin is Red
                    In-Line Twin Is Green
                    V-Twin Is Blue
And aargee Please read post carefully in the future, i said lil different and same goes for the link you posted-read that carefully too.
Consider your self Educated, atleast in Twins(Engine not biological)
