        Calm dowm Mr.Renukumar! I was actually appreciating you in that post. I was just reminded of your posts on tbhp and I made a passing reference to that. Indeed, I admire your stamina to do such long rides on two-wheels!!!

              Is there a site similar to IBA in India where such rides are recorded and acknowledged if not then there should be one.

              Why don't our Admins and Moderators create a separate sections for endurance rides so we can all keep a tab on whats going on and whats the time to beat

                    Welcome back Renu. The forum did really miss you.
                    I few words for my dear friend, for those who don't know who the champ is. Renu Kumar or aka "Coffee Kumar" or aka "John Kumar" is one of the most liveliest person I have met and is anytime and any moment talking, eating and sleeping bikes.A true blue Yamaha fan (once owned a blue Pulsar though) proves his potential and his bikes on the road, track and anywhere you ask him to do. I known him for a few years now, though we don't meet regularly he hasn't changed a bit, a great guy to hang around with.Participated in K1000 to Nasik rallies and all this on his humble (if i may say so) Gladi.

                    Maga i hope i haven't spoken too much.

                        Thank you Dhairya I was only participating in the National Championships. The next event I am participating is the Dakshin Dare, followed by Desert Storm and Raid de Himalayas(my dream)

                        Thanks a lot bros. To be honest, R15 is NOT tiring on long rides. Plus, the ground clearance is not bad at all. We feel the pain only on bad patches of roads. We faced bad roads in Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa. When I say bad roads, the pot-holes were almost 1 foot deep. But the bikes were flawless.

                        We got only one service at AKAR Yamaha in Rajasthan ie. 1 service for a non-stop 6000 kms. Thanks to Bangalore Wheels who had thoroughly inspected the bikes for non-failing performance.
