Even If the law is made and passed does anyone will follow?
      I mean this is ridiculous!
Laws are made to safeguard people,if people only break the rules of land. You cant do anything!

Debates must go on. Sure they must, for it lends us a listening ear and a speaking mouth- ok, whatever that meant.

I want to ask my mates and the concerned authorities, what is the fun in Making/ forcing me buy a helmet (cheap or costly, Studds or Dahija) if I dont wear it. The concern here is, how to make people understand that helmet is for security and protection and less of a Challan evasion tool.

The cops unfortunately are not doing their duty and kill me now, if even 10% of the police department is doing it rightly. I see that 95% of the vehicles and drivers and riders are breaking traffic laws day in and day out. OK, I know you must be thinking that I am over- exaggerating the figures but believe me, if we follow the regulation laid down by the authorities, you would understand that I am not tad too wrong.

Anywhich ways, my idea here is not to talk about the decision, which I somehow might appreciate is good. But the bigger concern here is, despite selling a helmet, what is the way I can ensure that the rider would wear it. Just two simple ways:
        1. Educate &
        2. Prosecute

Educate people the need of a helmet, Prosecute the offenders. I on my bit, try to tell people that wearing a helmet (by Helmet is mean a shell that is good enough, comes with the required specifications and rating and not that - Shah-rukh-Dard-e-disco cap, or any other Cap fit to be called a Water melon skin) is a deed that one would do for his own self. Yes, a lot of posers call me eccentric for trying to teach them, but I am no preacher.

Lets join hands and try to make people aware that helmet prtects them from Fatal injuries and cops. One can get away from the cops by greasing the palm but eventuality is on Diet, so no grease works for it.

        all cheers

          • Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.
          • What do you call a cyclist who doesn't wear a helmet? An organ donor
          • Only a biker knows why a dog sticks his head out of a car window.
