            Congratulations !!!

My heartiest congratulations go for Mr. Andrew James, got finally rounded up which he wanted so badly and deserved it.........the Pulsar220F which would help him as the encouraging bike for enormous journeys.
He is an inspiration, he dreamt it and he got it.

My big hugs go to the Devilboy aka J.Dan, he is just the young biker next door who firmly believes in what he does.We all can feel very close to him most of the times.
The Xbhp shod Pulsar 135LS would bear the testimony of the Biker he is.

My best wishes go for all the four other finalists in their own endeavors to promote biking as the lifestyle for all bikers in our country and bringing it the much needed recognition.

Finally, it has to be Xbhp(the mother of my own biking story ) only who can recognize and reward the potential and platform of this die hard bikers. So kudos to Xbhp for organizing such an event and conceptualizing a prize for bikers who are not bound by any company or brand but by Biking only.

Now I feel more proud of being a part of the Xbhp family.

                Congratulations to all !
A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

"The Trophies and Gifts are worthwhile assets, but meeting you all was an HONOUR".

The Biker of the Year 2011 was a memorable journey, a chapter I will always cherish but the beginning of more journeys for me and the biking community. Three days and I guess I have seen, observed and learnt a lot about people, team work, management, friendship, way of life and sportsmanship spirit.

Thanking God for keeping me safe, thanking the xBhp HQ team for the opportunity and hospitality, the Judges, the Sponsors (viz. CEAT, Pulsar, Wrangler, DSG, Casio, Asus, etc) the xBhp Shillong Community - a family I always look up too, my wife - my better half, my family, the old and new friends and well wishers from Shillong and beyond and also the Mumbai and Pune riders for the love and support. It is a pleasure to have met the other Top5 biking personae of India and the ever inspiring and respected Judges.

Everyone of you have played a role in one way or the other in shaping my life.

I only wished I had more time to spend with you guys. Hoping to meet again someday, somewhere, riding together...

                        Thank You! God Bless!

@all: thanks buddies. Never thought I would make it as the Runner up especially after my Presentation got messed up due to non-working of the sound which I had prepared and was confident of. That led me to loose a bit of confidence in the Questionnaire Round. However, somehow managed to get back on track during the Skill test round and the Group Discussion Round.

Yes buddy, I wished we had more time to spent, I wanted to ride around Mumbai and Pune before leaving but could not help because the flight was next day itself. Even though it was a short time, it was a pleasure to have met in person so many xBhpians from Pune and Mumbai.
