What a week end.
I attended the Saturday event too along with others. Let me tell you that sessions like this (Old Fox sir's gyaan) doesn't happen often. Those who didn't come (except those who had office & other engagements), you guys really missed something. Came back from the event as happy as one can be. Met few legends there.
Sunday was even better!! Reached Dhaba with my better half at 7:30am and boy there were already 30-40 bikers present. Met very unexpected members. The biker camaraderie being felt everywhere. Slowly more bikers poured in. Even members from Biker for Good came. There were few Bikernis as well who came riding Bullet. My wife & me chatted with them a lot. The Bikerni's seem to have made a positive impact on my wifey
We then rode to Anurag's farmhouse at Chattarpur. Boy! 50-70 bikers on road. The general traffic tried to match up with the bikers persona but hey! You can't match with the aura of a biker. I somehow got at the tail & me & Shashank (Superman) rode in with the GIR van tagging along. What a site once inside the farmhouse. Free Riders were already present with their machines. Slowly, the GODS & Born to Ride members also joined in & we got around 100-150 bikers at once place. This is one day which will be etched in my memory for a long time to come.
Wishing the GIR team a successful & safe journey. This is a dream you guys are doing on behalf of the entire XBHP."HASTA LA VICTORIA, SIEMPRE !" - Chesigpic

I being one of the un-lucky soules, can even explain, how much I've been missing and how so so much I missed being there. Dips man... your write up almost sunk me down and in that solitude, a visit down the memory the lane was inevitable of the World Motorcycle Day ride to Anurag's farm. Really I had to so badly missed the flag off.Originally posted by rx100.7050 View PostWhat a week end.

Sajal sir... you should have planned up for Sunday, at the least. I wrote only 30% of the stuff. how great it was to be part of the historic day couldn't be explained in words by a person like me. Wait till I upload all the photos & few videos (will take some time since I have lost data cable of my cameraOriginally posted by csajal View PostI being one of the un-lucky soules, can even explain, how much I've been missing and how so so much I missed being there. ) Sound of Harleys, Ducatis, R1s, GSXRs, Firebaldes, Busas, BMW 1200s revving at the same time is something you don't listen to eveyday. The ride itself to the Farmhouse of Anurag sir's is also quite some experience.
A big thanks to Anurag for being so hospitable."HASTA LA VICTORIA, SIEMPRE !" - Chesigpic

Absolutely man... you can't even imagine how much I would have loved. But spending a good part of Friday and Saturday in the hospital recieving pain killers for the lower back, the docs put me on a "complete don't move from your bed" exersice for the whole of SundayOriginally posted by rx100.7050 View PostSajal sir... you should have planned up for Sunday, at the least. Went to sleep at 12:00 & woke up at 5:30 am, both days. You have missed one hell of an event. No other biker community / forum can garner this much of support.Originally posted by sherry_unicornlover View PostJala mat bhai.... already cursing the Saturday party....
even the castrol guys were quick to say that they weren't expecting that many bikers.
breakfast was also amazing
