Good luck
Hi Sunny,
Just came across this thread. As must know by now this is a wonderful place but the weather is usually pretty wet, which I am sure wouldn't hamper your spirits.
I have only moved to Northern Ireland a short while back, and have done the causeway coastal route and reckon this should be amongst your best rides. Try to include a visit to Bushmill's Distillery as well while you are there, been told that it's one of the oldest in the world. There are also some scenic routes dotted over the Sperrins mountain range.
I live in Cookstown, which is about an hour west of Belfast and is on the other side of Lough Neagh. If you want then by all means you are welcome to stop by, would be a pleasure to meet you.

You are living the dream man. Best of luck for the Ride.
Ireland is one of the most beautiful country in the world & happens to be my pre-decided Honeymoon destination. I love the Irish Coffee+Culture
BTW I loved the Wall-Cover of the website...

The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same. Yet our lessons come from the journey, not the destination.

Starting tomorrow, I am embarking on my first journey as an official travel journalist, but of course on a motorcycle.
I will be covering Ireland in 15 days, the whole country with its magnificent castles, beaches and more.
i will be riding a Moto Guzzi Norge, which is a 1200 CC monster of a tourer.
The official website where you can keep track of me and the trip is:
The website does not have much now except the route and a brief, but expect a lot of stuff once I start on the trip.
My first stop from Delhi is Dublin.
The route is here: The Route The Great Ireland Roadtrip
I am taking a Canon 5D and 500D along with a 100-400 IS L, 24-105 IS L, 10-22 mm, 100mm Macro, 70-200mm L, 50 mm 1.8.
I want to thank everyone who helped me in the course that followed the realization of this trip notably : Old Fox, Anurag Ashok, Krishnendu Kes and Aryan.
I hope that I will be able to bring you Ireland magnificently through blogs and photos.
Sunny bhaiya am waiting to meet you on the 9th so. Ok..???? Me in Cork and all pre engagements have been cancelled. Weather report bright and sunny with part rains. Ireland isn't the best of the places to be on a bike but the time you have chosen is, well, immaculate.
Lemme know if I you can spare a few minutes for me. Me number is 0857559335. Thanks a million.
I don't have a bike (weather throughout year doesn't permit to own one), else would have joined you to go to killarney (is the most beautiful place in county Kerry).
All the best and as always i know you'll do the Indians proud.
Tk cr..!!!!Lots to do still...
