well... honda, yamaha and suzuki don't have 600/650s here yet do they.
      nothing planned yet too.

and a 650cc bike that costs approx 4 lac...
      lets you do 220kmph...
      with more than decent specs.
fully faired, liquid cooled, projectors, twin discs up front, Fuel Injection,
      adjustable front and rear suspension.

a bike thats done decently well in Australia, the UK and the US mainly coz of it's reasonable pricing.

the 4 Japs won't ever be able to price their Faired Super-Sports in the Hyosung range.
and why would they? they're worth much more than the GT650R.
the Japs would end up costing almost virtually double.

so that puts the Hyosung in a different segment altogether.

Yes they would sell like hot cakes because of their pricing. The issue is not whether it will sell or not. I am just trying to convey that Hyosung cannot be compared with the Japs
Well, if I had a choice to buy a 4 yr old Jap v/s. a new Hyosung, I would be confused

Apologies for going off topic with this Q.

How much would a used 2009/2010 1000cc SBK's (CBR, R1 or GSXR) cost in say 3 years time?
I plan to get one around 2013 timeframe and since new one is well beyond my means was wondering how much a official used bike cost?

                Cheers

Well a used cbr can cost u somewhere between 4 to 5 depending on the condition and the duties paid. U can get it cheaply unless the duties are paid, but I prefer u to go for clean bike. Best of Luck in finding one of them.
