as far as my knowledge is concerned with bikes, i think R15 has more to offer to it's rider. ofcourse i am talking about how well the bike behaves, and not how good it looks

R125 - In looks department, it looks much better than R15.... Considering the import price and the mill, its not practical....

                              An 125cc for 2.5 Lakhs

But for Yamaha we can give anything - in India its pure controversy
For the same rate we can go for Ninja 250 once released

Why would you want a lower powered bike? The R15 itself feels really underpowered, now who wants 25cc lesser? But the styling is a welcome.
But there is a point here, the specific output of teh R125 is better than the R15.
The R125 produces 120bhp/ltr and the R15 produces 113bhp/ltr. So to match the R125 standards, the R15 should have been 18ps atleast. And also the peak power on the R125 is 500rpm more(9000rpm) than the R15(8500) which is a good thing for being a sporty bike.
There is a reason why the peak power on the R125 is higher.
