Cruiser to sports to adventure - that's pretty interesting transition Really curious about this.
I have heard the Tenere is supremely comfortable to munch highway miles, but how does it handles the off-road?

I am planning to start a new thread showcasing my adventures.
So far I rode around 100 miles and here are my takeaways:
Tenere is super comfortable. Its very agile and I don't feel the weight at all once it starts rolling. The 1200cc engine sure has enough power, at 2500 rpm in 4th gear(out of 6) the bike does minimum 55mph. I have to cautiously try to keep it under that. It handles very well in corners but I have to take it slow to reduce the lean angle, since the tires are new.
I still have to pick skid plates, engine guards and wind deflectors from the dealer once they arrive.
I have never done off road so I am planning to gain lot of experience on tarmac before I take it on the trails.
