  • The Knight, finally stands united with his blade

    Hey guys,

My has finally been achieved. I now own one of the most exquisite pieces of engineering, a K4 CBR1000 (the Italians will always be more exotic). Damn! She had me chasing her like a mad dog for the last couple of years but finally the hot pursuit is over and it now is between my legs (well! mostly)

This is my B'day gift to myself and boy what a felling it is. The babe is in spanking shape with just 6.2k on the odo and the paintwork is not the usual run-of-the mill gloomy black, grey or red but the HRC scheme of Red, blue and white.

I deliberated on the decision for a while but eventually passion reigned supreme and completely tore through all leashes of reason and logic.

For a change, this Valentine I will have a girl J

PS: Guys pls recommend a good mech in Delhi.
Without my vices I'd be GOD.............!

Congrats dude on your most prized acquisition, BTW does K4 stand for 2004? Because till now i thought "K4" was exclusively used for Suzuki GSX's (yes yes i used to see Ghostrider), so i thought it was something they called a particular variant of that bike, but your being a CBR has aroused this doubt,
I'm too intelligent to the unintended, and too dumb for the obvious.

Congratulations, is this your first biggie? I definitely know what it must have felt like to have confirmed the deal after having craved for one for a really long time. you have fun on your blade!
In Delhi, by word of mouth I'm told Bittu Bikewallah in Lajpat Nagar is supposed to beone of the good mechs around in the capital. Apparentlythere is another workshop in Khan Market that services superbikes as well.

Hey guys thanks a lot for your wishes. Manson special thanks to you mate for all the info on paperwork.

Diablo - you were right in assuming K4 actually means 2004 and no ref to the GSX

Guys the few pics that I have are all very high res almost 5mb a pic that this site will not upload. Any help with that would be much appreciated. If all else fails will click a few low res ones from my mobile cam and upload.

                    Cheers

or you can even do it in Microsoft Office picture manager....just hit edit picture and choose re size from the right pane. Or Irfan view (Free ware)...
