Yup, the bike was brought down on a T/R so could have practically been regd anywhere (wherever you could fudge the address proof & pay your way through) except the NCR and Haryana (owing to Euro III compliance clauses). Since, could not have produced a homologation cert. ' twas just a matter of the closest city to Delhi. UP / RJ no way so HP.

Could not agree more. Though personally I feel the R1 looks more aggressive and mean from the front but in its entirety the 04 - 07 blades look awesome especially the under seat smoke guns.
