The depot charges seem to be dealer charges, try to get them waived off.
Also, if you can get your bike registered at an address outside municipality limits, for example a farmhouse or a plot outside city, then you can avoid the LBT charges too.
Ive been informed that as i will be registering the bike in different city from where the dealership is located CRTM will be applicable . And for the lbt taxes it sounds a great relief to me .. Ive a got a couple of farmhouse outside the city limit . Just one query . The dealership is located in mumbai , mh 03 rto zone most porabably and i will be registring it in a different city in thane ( its a district as well ) . Mh 04 , ive got a farmhouse whose address reads as village ex uttan village and flats whose address reads as city ex : bhayandar city but it lies in the same district so how exactly can i avoid the lbt tax ?

District doesn't matter, as long as the address is not under municipality limits, you won't have to pay LBT.
My bike is registered in Pune district but outside PMC limits, hence I paid no LBT.

You'll be registering under the RTO your farmhouse falls under (District RTO)

I don't know about that. Better ask the dealer, they'll usually help you out in these matters.

Can someone explain LBT? Doesn't exist here in Karnataka.
Every Motorcycle has a tale to be told and there is no greater privilage in the life of a rider than to have truly understood what his Motorcycle stands to tell. Some of the greatest stories in the world are not written, they are experienced.

Lbt stands for local body tax , its applicable in parts of Maharashtra. Its applicable on goods that is being transferred in or out of the municipal limit from/to outside that particular municipal city limit . Applicable on sales/ purchase of good to dealers having the net worth of those goods having value of more than 50cr ₹ in the previous financial year . Generally for a vehicle its somewhere between 3-5% of vehicle cost
