Yamaha= hooligan, crazy, mad, insane.Originally posted by Carlitos View PostThe trick here is, since the R6 has such a high revving engine you dont feel the difference in mid range cause it revs up so damn fast. And dude..after riding the bikes back home.....any of these give you a kick.
Plus hey.....the R6 styling is brilliant. So that is why i decided on the R6. Plus its a Yamaha....its got crazy in its blood....
Honda= good boy, sedate, elegant.
Now I have a sneaky suspicion, the 'R' genes in the R15 aint from the R1.... Its from the R6!!You get the point?? :D

Nice ride and adrenaline pumped write up! Like you just came back from a ride astride your R6.
The quote, man, I know what your talking about. About 4 years back I had a crash on a 180 just like this. Was taking a corner a little too quick and for a split second, I thought, what if there was some water(a puddle of water I had driven thru a km back) at the side of the tyres , thats it! The next second, I'm seeing myself rocketing into a big bush half way round the curve at 90kmph. If there was any thing other than the bushes, I would've been history. The bike was famished although I lived to tell the tale. The bush had taken the full impact. Losing concentration while negotiating a tight curve can be disastrous! From then on, Old Fox's article - 'Sense and Sensibility' has made a lot more sense.sigpic

that tinted double bubble on a yellow hued bike makes the '6 look wicked!
Beautifully written topic as well. Dude you make me wanna go back to the States!10 Commandments:

2)Thou shalt respect one's own life and the live's of other road users.
3)Thou shalt respect one's own bike.
4)Love thy bike as thy self.
5)Always wear safety gear.
6)Alcohol is a strict NO!
7)Thou may lust after thy neighbour's bike specially if its of the R1 kind!
8)Thou shalt ride with 'ultra-most' care and caution when on Indian roads.
9)Thou shalt never leave the engine running at long traffic halts.
10)Thou shalt follow all of the above.
