Oh. I understood incorrectly. But anyways, any grab rail would be least effective in these kind of bikes as the pillion rides really high up, any sudden acceleration is felt more. So the best way to ride pillion is for him/her to hold the tank.

It's the upper road(which runs in the form of over-bridge) connecting the NICE Road.The road remains free of traffic as it's sort of closed from both sides.
