a 200 tyre will affect how it rides on the street and canyons as well. if you want extra posing factor though by all means go ahead. 200 rears do look fatter

I have always maintained that the 04-05 ZX-10R had the snortiest and meanest literbike engine ever put into production. Forget peak power figures and open the taps on this bike and expect armageddon...

It is a shame they went and pussified the 10Rs that came after this one...the 04-05 is THE bike to have if you want to truly scare yourself.

        Posers need not apply..

Superb execution of the track-spec bike. I also read that you have another in road trim. If you haven't already posted pics of the two bikes together perhaps you can do so to show the major differences between road and race spec. The rules for taking a bike to the track are very strict in the US...I spent 20 hours prepping my Busa for a Road Atlanta track weekend!

I totally agree with what you've said about the engine. The 04/05 and 08' model years are the best. The sheer power this engine produce cannot be matched by the same year Honda, Yamaha or Suzuki.
I was actually thinking about doing a photo shoot of both of my bikes. ZX-6r is all sweet looking and smooth ride but the 10R is just an opposite. All this bike wants to do is Run, and i feel like if i dont tame her now, I might not be able to control her amazing power. Everyday is a new day with this bike. I had the chain adjusted today and my mechanic took it for the test run. Upon return his face had this huge smile that he had conquered something, so i asked him "what do you think?" His response was " you have to be very careful with this bike cuz' its really fast." He never said anything like that before regarding my ZX-6R because he's the only guy who had worked on my ZX-6r all these years. Listening to something like that from a Pro really makes you Gay by which i mean 'Happy' of course.
          02' Kawasaki zx6r ...16000 miles and counting
          04' Kawasaki zx10r .... 300 miles and counting
You guessed it, I just love Kawasaki.
