        is this info true...... does hi octane increases the engine heat .......

            no, speed97 is only for litre bikes & for high performance turbo cars, R15 & p200 need normal speed or unleaded fuel..

              Petrol Bunks where i can get Octane 97 in western suburbs...

              Hi all
              can someone help me with petrol pumps in western suburbs in Mumbai ?
              I m at Borivli and need to fuel up my Hayabusa and din get pumps around my place who stock ocatne 97

                Ram - there is a BP on JVLR that has 97 I think - long time since I checked.

                There is a BP on the road that connects to Sakinaka that has 97. It is immediately after you take the left from WEH and cross the red building.

                Otherwise - BKC is your best bet. I am not sure about options in Juhu/Vile Parle etc.

                  i could manage to put in only SPEED rite now
                  Will tank up once i go to BKC
                  The one on Andheri east, nr highway doesnt stock it now
                  Even the JVLR pump, outside oberoi splendor doesnt have it
                  Do let me know if you know of other options between Borivli to bandra

                                Kolkata does not have any octane 97 anymore... !!
                                is there a general problem of octane 97 all over India or is this just another proud accomplishment of Kolkata as it is ???

                                Guess the marwari pump owners have decided to dissuade their sons from buying a superbike through not stocking octane 97 anymore ! Or the extreme peace loving citizens of Kolkata have had enough of superbikes in town already ? Whats the friggin reason that BP pumps here have stopped stocking Octane 97 ??? !!!!
