I tried my hand at the RSV4R, RSV4 factory, RSV1000R and RSV1000 factory.
it surprised me how differnt the 1000s are to the V4s . the difference between the V twins and the V4s is so big that they dont feel like they come from the same stable.

RSV4 factory - master class, razor sharp handling, very very smooth. ( very very very expensive)

RSV4R - like the more illoustrious cousin, is very sharp as well, the difference between the factory and R like carbon fibre / plastic , ohlins , total dismantability of the bike.. blah blah blah............ I thin k the RSV4R is mush better than factory, simply cuz am never taking a bike to track. Its much cheaper and it looks much better than the Factory( the paint job)

RSV1000R/ factory - huge ass machines, this bike it so huge it puts the jap liter bikes to shame. very compromised riding position, i almost had cramps stretching for the handle bars.
it has this mean ... yes very MEAN grunt to it, oh my god, any one in this world would want their bike to sound like this, nothing like the JAPS can ever reproduce.
very very very quick , no powerbands like the in line 4s, u twist the throttle of this baby at ur own expense. though i though the pirelli tyres were bit inadequate ( nothing wrong with it but it takes time to warm up ), so u take the bike out of the garage and u grow horns out of ur helmet and twist the throttle, u might be heading straight to an Orthopaedic surgeon to fix ur broken bones.

i like the RSV4R, black colour.... cuz its much smaller (smaller than a daytona or a r6) very nimble and good for street riding. and its exclusive.
wanted to book the bike, but dont have the sipments of bikes coming until december.
i have taken loads of pictures, will post em in a couple of days

Oh by the way one of my friends desperately wants to get rid of his MV Agusta F4 (2005) silver and blue (limited edition colour ) done only 3000km, going for 6lacs INR, if any one wants to go thro the pain of importing it to India. :-)
drive safely... if not for you then for the sake of others!!
