Hi Kabir! It was great fun reading though your experience - it was as if I myself was waiting for my Hayabusa
Damn the thread had to end!
Right now it's 4:30 am and I have a test tomorrow at 9:00
Am cursing myself that I had to open you thread today only! Am going to write all about Busa in the paper.. if I wake up in time that is..
But one positive thing - it made me sure that someday I am going to buy a sbk. You being only a few years older than me has given me all the more impetus!Comment

i think that this sbk dream is spreading by this thread..
. super bike owners are increasing day by day. i think this type of write up may inspired many to own one and this plays a key role in this xtreme sbk population.
any way petrol prices are also increasing.

First of all nice upgrades to ur Busa.....really eye catching
I am following ur thread since last year, thought its time to post now...lol
I have booked a hayabusa this month, and they have promised me to deliver it in this very month.
My story is almost the same as yours, as i did not had the courage to empty out my savings, I reached out to HDFC. They have seen my documents and have called me to Delhi for the final meeting after which they will put it for approval. Me working for the Merchant Navy, have little less time in my hand so i have to make immense of it.
They have this stupid rule of getting a co-applicant if ur not 30. Bull%*&@.
that means ur not eligible for a loan if ur not 30 or what, anyways i have worked that out with them this time, as last time i had to join ship so didn`t had the time to talk it out with them.
Reading ur thread, u were offered 8.8%, what they have offered me is 13% (Phew...!!!)
I will discuss it with them on monday.
Hope to join Busa club pretty soon.....)

Cheers...!!! yeah loan rates have increased for quite some time now i guess i was a lil lucky on that part but i will suggest you to try and get sbi or any other public sector bank loan cus in their case the pricipal amount keeps reducing over time and you almost save a lac if ur taking a loan of 3 years or so regards

Busa is a very comfy bike for the rider and the pillion. The ninja has zilch padding on the rear seat and its a tad better for the rider.Originally posted by Navjyot View Post
Nothing like the seats on the busa. Ducati's (sports models) have paper thin seats. Thinner than the ninja seats. Looks like they are made of wood.
