Nice pics. If you dont mind me suggesting something, please buy a full face helmet. Flip up helmets are best suited for city usage only and for low-moderate speeds. At higher speeds, full face helmets offer better protection.
Well, friends now my baby has done 2200 kms. at 1200 km have done the service (1st service was at 600 km)this time have changed the oil filter and air filter am using Motul 15w50 Synthetic oil. For the chain am using Motul products,

Join the club, most of us facing that problem
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.
Is the fuel going to harm the engine in the long run ?? but simply thers no way even the BP peoples don know when 97 octane will arrive, so I have to use xtra premium if I want to ride my bike..
any buddy here using Motul 15w50 pure synthetic oil? how u feel?
The Motul 300V is a superb oil. Continue using that if you are. For the chain I would suggest the Yamalube dry lube which you will get from Yamaha. The Motul chain lube will get flung all over the rim.

The oil is really good no doubt, but I find no value in it at 3x the price of mineral oil, and designed mostly for track usage. To each, their own, but I still run mineral oil on my R1.
Xtrapremium or Speed for that matter shouldn't cause too much of knocking. You'd find some smoothness going away and maybe some heat buildup, knocking as well (more so if the fuel isn't too clean). Good pics by the way
@rudra: With the MT, you have to worry even less about not getting 97 octane. The machine is more than happy with Xtrapremium, and only heats up a good bit more.
Also, nice avatar

Nice. Finally see your ride.
I see you have swingarm spools. Do you have a paddock stand also?
About the fuel, yes, no supply from BP. The remote storage hasn't recieved fuel, so no supplies are being sent to Kolkata either. Temporarily you can try using an octane booster fluid, but I have no idea how useful it actually is.
You get the point?? :D
