New Update

We are now required to submit a preliminary design report on the 7th of august.
This is to include the details regarding the design of the vehicle and few components.

oh yes oh yes!

New rules

The event organisers just changed the rules two days back.
The engine and tyres that they provide must be used in the car.
They are going to provide us with a maruti 800cc engine and JK slick racing tyres but they will be second hand i.e. previously used on some other races and then provided to us.

All these rule changes require an almost total redesign of the car.

The preliminary design report submission date has been postponed to 13th AUG.

The design report was submitted and we also had to give a presentation to a few judges on the 21 and the 22nd of Aug.
Results expected in about 2-3 weeks.
Its a long wait guyz.

Well not that we have all the funds and sponsorship arranged

We have received a brand new engine from maruti.
We will shortly receive JK tyre racing tyres 1 set of slick tyres and another rain tyres.

Once our exams get over i.e. DEC 21st work commences.
Its going to be a fun project.

The car is almost ready.
Had a small test drive too.
Only instead of horse power it was running on 3 man power.
Well we couldnt mange to start the engine as yet, sum chief electrical parts yet to arrive.
