    >>i see a lot of bullets in battle green, a lot of custom modified jeeps in battle green.
Thats right.. I have seen too.. Hey you got this,

then what Although its dark green, as someone would argue..

Something like this. But I'm unable to imagine how that color would go with my Rajdoot standard bike.. Would it look cool?

Thanks for the reply. I was looking for more of a real world answer... Is it comparable to today's FZ when it comes to power and acceleration? or as good as RX? or any other modern day bike if you can compare it please

I'm yet to drive once also. May be 1 more month I got to wait..

Is there a reason that we not aware of? Are we not suppose to use it and that is why even Royal Enfield Battle Green is not available in India?
I spoke to their Area Sales Manager in Auto Expo 2010 and he told me that they cannot sell Military Green in India because of some sort of restrictions. That colour is only for Army here.

Acceleration is definitely less than that of an FZ as well as RX135. Rajdoot/Bullet are not high revving bikes, thus comparatively less powerful when compared to the engines of same size.

Acceleration I can understand.. But the power, are you sure about that?

Which bike in our modern day is close to Rajdoot in performance? Its a2 stroke engine.. So I assumed it was powerful.. In terms of load and thunderers effect and all other stuffs.. Thanks!!

                            Hi,
Interesting thread. Can you provide me the contact details of the Rajdoot specialist who got the bike done?
I just finished a rebuild of Rajdoot in Ahmedabad and got it to Pune. The engine seems to be switching itself off as if it had ceased, but starts after stopping and starting it avgain. The engine was redone with a first upsize piston ring. Need the details of mechanic to find the reason.

                            Cheers,
                            Rakesh

HI Rakesh, It might be a partial seizure of the engine. This is one headache almost every rebored two stroke in India has to face at one point of time or the other. This is the collective experience of me and many of my fellow two stroker friends. Please hunt for a factory packed OEM block piston and replace. No matter how many people claim they are experts with reboring of two strokes, I am yet to come across even an acceptable standard of work from them.

Engine must have ran without sufficient Oil. Did you completed the running in period? Engine wont seize just like that after rebore unless its running without sufficient oil or may be there will be play in crank.
