@aargee : I have replaced my spark plug with a new NGK iridium spark plug, cleaned the carb and fine tuned the AFR. I still had a little bit of chocking.

finally yesterday i changed the fuel tank cap, and as you said the culprit seemed to the fuel tank cap. The machine started roaring and ran flawless, zero chocking was observed this morning.

I should thank you and Sriramefunds for all the help and support u gave me.

^^^ Had you listened to me on the fuel cap at the day one; issues you could've saved money on iridium plugs which are over kill!!!

i did try what you said to me, that is to open and close fuel cap while running. but i found no difference. probably my carbs were not in tuning while i tried that.

i changed the fuel cap for some other reason though, it started giving me a different noise yesterday. i changed it and it worked out good for me.
