Guys...lots of updates on this -

    1. Hunt for the donor bike is still on but in the meantime I thought of getting my KB from Agra to Ghaziabad and atleast start working on the engine tune up (cylinder porting, bigger carb, expansion and re-designed rotor disc valve to name a few)
    2. Bike was parked in at my home (in Agra) in the verandah completely covered with multiple layers of plastic sheet (total of 4 !)
    3. Bike was in running condition when I checked in April this year, but since there was no more fuel in the tank I was not able to check it again on my visit this time (2-5 June)
    4. Thought of sending the bike using some transporter, but last time when I did this (from Noida to Agra) it ended up with a scratched alloy and a dented tank)
    5. Dismantled the bike..central frame and engine one piece..front section second piece and rear wheel with swing arm third piece
    6. Loaded the bike in the boot of my car (central frame+engine and rear wheel with swing arm), silencer, and other smaller bits
    7. Front wheel with forks loaded between the front seat and rear seat

So far the major assembling is done but I lost some parts/have following issues -

    1. After fixing the front end, the place (I call them ears) where the front indicators are mounted still have a lot of horizontal and little vertical play..what can be the reason ?
    2. Plate where the rear indicators are mounted is about to break, this was bent in my last transfer and it seems since then rust made it weak
    3. There is a plastic part just below the rear plastic wrap around (behind the seat where Kawasaki is written), this part completely dis-integrated while dis-assembly..need this but cannot find it..need help from the veterans here
    4. I took help from a mechanic for some parts and he seems to have broken one exhaust mounting stud..this needs to be removed by a lathe guy
    5. Float has separated from its arm (inside the petrol tank), can this be repaired or replaced ? Will need help in locating this spare as well

    Eagerly waiting for responses
