Hey buddy, no I do not have the rdd 100/90 coil plate and flywheel. But I do have the RN kit. I need to make the pulsar coil mod to the plate as the plate is a pulsar coilless and the cdi has the pulsar coil inbuilt.
The fly wheel is rebalanced so as to set with the crank correctly.

Even I bought the stock bearings from showroom, later was interested in some better bearings so have purchased and former will be lying in the carton box. I'm sure you'll call me.

measure the resistance values of the coils before you use it , also what rr unit are you using

Bro what's the difference between the stock bearings and the one you have got, plus what kind of mod are you doing with electricals, can you share some more detail, can one still get rdd cdi plus 100/90 coil plate.

Appreciate your interest in this matter @kusmaker.
Performance bearings generally ease out the engine going past approx. 9K RPM. Though stock bearings serve the same purpose but there is always a better brand and quality which does not give up even when the engine is revved really hard for a long time all day long. This all comes with a cost.
The logic goes just something like a cheap Korean cell phone and an iPhone. An iPhone can run multiple functions at a time without butchering the user and keeping the user's patience level within the limits. Whereas the cheap Korean phone might serve the same purpose but with a considerable amount of lag. After all the quality matters.
But this does not mean that the cheap Korean is not worth. If the user only intends to use the phone for calling purpose and without much multifunction activity then the price paid for the Korean phone is always worth rather than drilling your pocket to withdraw huge amount for buying and iPhone and doing nothing.
I hope you would have understood by now :-) @SriramEfunds could you please share the make of the bearings.

              Electricals:
For running the rdd cdi, you MUST have the pulsar coil resistance over 80 Ohms.
              Scene 1:
The stock coil plate has a pulsar coil mounted on to it with a value of close to 80 Ohms.
If one wants to run the digital cdi with the stock coil plate then one has to make sure that the pulsar coil is over 80 Ohms. If its not then the stock pulsar coil must be replaced with a pulsar coil of over 80 Ohms.

              Scene 2:
If one has an after market 100/90 coil plate and wants to run the digital cdi then one has check the values of all the coils as per the service manual and also make sure that the pulsar coil is pretty strong in resistance which is over 80 Ohms. Only then the cdi works well. The digital cdi is a sensitive part and my personal opinion here is all the things must be double checked and within the specs before you try to play around.

There are 100/90 kits in the market which do not have the pulsar coil mounted over it. Instead the analog cdi which comes with the kit has an inbuilt pulsar coil. This directs the cdi as to when to trigger. Which means that it serves the same purpose as the stock operation. Its just that the pulsar coil is jailed in the analog cdi tiny box. In this case the pulsar coil mod has to be made over the 100/90 kit.

              Cheers

Nicely explained buddy through mobile example, the electrical part is a little bit complex, are there other pulsar coils available which are over 80 ohms, and what brand cdi and bearings you are using.

Its been quite a while and I could not make any progress over the build. Grrrr !! Thanks to my busy schedule

Could you experts help me out killing the below listed to-do things please:

                        - Looking for a 4s wine red (Maroon) fuel tank. Could not get any unfortunately.
Any suggestions on painting the old tank just to the factory color code and most importantly removing the rust from the interiors and coat the interiors.

                        - The new barrel ports and tracts need to be smoothened. The casting flaws also need to be eliminated as much as possible. Any contact who does the chamfering/polishing job to the mark

                        Cheers
