It's 5ah. Planning for 7.5 or 9 after checking the width whether it will sit at this place. I think it's little more wider. My charging coil is not stock and it can handle charging up to 9 ah.

Today completed 75% of electrical works. Started the bike. Came to life in 5 kicks. Need some carb tuning. Feels rich. Installed shogun meter. Since the clamp I am using is of a horn it's not so Hard and the meter is vibrating. Tomorrow will go to laith for new clamps. Some pics below.

Electrical works completed. I became mad after seeing lots of wires. Later put the pairs in sleeve. Now its looking normal.

                        Extra wiring includes below points.

                        1. All pilot and parking bulb changed to T10 led. Most of them are 5 smd.4 Indicator leds iare 22 smd. Brake and tail lamp made of smd strips on normal pcb.

                        2. Since I am using a shogun speedo tacho set installing a 2t oil level indicator also. Bought a max 100 level switch and installed it on the 2t tank.

                        3. Using a kb100 rectifier for the extra rewinding on the charging and lighting coil.

                        4. Chetak coil for rear light as the power after rewinding will blow the bulb.

                        5. Halonix 60/55 bulb for headlight.

And the rebuild is complete. I thank each and everyone who helped me either by their golden words or by any kind of support for completing this build.

Done final work today. Chain cover and Footrest . Did another major change of installing new handle switch. Old one was fine. But I wanted to have the new switch with flasher. Again it needed cutting of wires. I didn't want to cut switch wires or the harness wires. With that in mind I thought of making a custom connector which will be just plug and play. Whatever joins are there it should be on the connector. Did that and it's a success. Just plug and play with the old wiring harness. Putting a pic of the connector below.

                                Final bike pics below.
