    IND Suzuki AX100 to Shogun conversion ?

    Hi everybody, I wanted to know if a stock Ax100 can be converted into Shogun ?
    If yes, what will be the parts and paperwork required ?
    If no, then why not ?

      The engine and the chassis should be the same. You can't change these both. It is legally unapproved. You won't get rc fc renewal.
      Even if we could do, what is the necessity?
      It's of no big use. Just waste of time and money. Both the bikes have same performance. No big difference. The Shogun could just move 10 KMPH ahead of ax 100

        Actually I planned to change the bore & piston only (Sorry for the misinformation). I thought the extra bhp of the shogun would increase the performance.

            My friend who has a shogun claims it can do 110kmph.
            No big difference with ax which can do 95 kmph.
            My neighbour has a broken and rusted like anything shogun.
            As unavailability of spares the bike is standing idle for around 3 years or something.

            Go for some tuning.
            Get big sized bore and pistons.
            Find a good mech to do it.

              I don't think shogun's bore will fit for ax 100. Please verify it.
              Yeah it has good performance (14 bhp max Power ). But instead of going for shogun's why don't you go for some other Big sized bore as the shogun's one is hard to find.your choice.
              If you have the shogun bore I recommend you try it. Its good.

                Simplest method is to replace the complete Engine, but it's not road legal anymore.
