Guys there's a Facebook page called KB 100-rtz. It is active. We can try there for spares and etc. More than 1000 active members.

I got some more spares:
3 x 18 " Bajaj caliber rim
Original KB 100 rear brake drum and wheel hub
Original KB 100 chain guard cover
Hero wheel spokes
Clutch cover
Clutch inner plates and outer plates

What should I do for throttle sticking?

Where can I get ideal speed regulator nob?

Will try again for a side door in scrapyard.

And one more question:
How much does it take for full painting and plating?

my KB roared to life in the first kick itself today.
Still

Tacho cable
Spark plug
Foam
Rear danger light
To change
Will get the bike tomorrow or day after tomorrow
Will do painting after 2 or 3 months if we get rc and FC renewal and insurance.

Guys i couldn't find side doors for my kb.
Please help me where i can find side doors with sticker set and monoblock letters "kb100".
It would be okay if we get side doors of kb 125 too.
Couldn't find the side doors alone.
Please help me.

are fitted.

Today bought
rectifier
regulator
head lamp switch
head lamp bulb
4 indicator bulbs
rear danger light bulb
all the bulbs in meter assembly(speedo,tacho,fuel gauge,etc)

Today bike is being done in all the electrical work.

Will get the bike on friday.

Still couldn't find the side doors.

Please guys help me in that.

My bike is giving lot of smoke.
Oil pump not available.
So more oil is poured into fuel tank.

Please help me to stop smoke produced.

Now after nearly a month,this is the condition of the bike.
Max speed- 95-100 kmph.
acceleration-near to a p150.

Actually I removed the saree guard as it gave a bad look to the bike. I also wanted to remove the pillion hand grabrail and women grab rail at the side to get good look. But if we remove those two, the suspension will get loose. So I didn't.
As for the crash bar, I initially had a long thin black rod, I gave it for blackening. And some other parts for powder coating. (Including saree guard for blackening. My father wants me to add it as he drops my mom daily morning in that. He doesn't like my fz or Apache). My friends are asking me to remove the rear mudguard and tailpiece and hand grabrail and make it look as a dirt bike. But I'm not for it. I'll just remove the grabrail and change the indicators to Shogun's. Soon I'll get two supertone horns. (So there will be three horns.) the horn now is not so good. (Originally when my dad had the bike in 90s itself he made arrangements for three horns and so many other modifications. He removed the core twice and fitted it. He did reboring once when the engine was seized. And he says after that performance got increased.

Actually what is a core?
Does adding it increase sound of the bike or removing it increase?
Even some say making holes in the core increases the sound.
Already my bike is giving a huge sound and due to that all the persons in our street and neighbouring streets are getting tensed. When I ride at 30 they think I'm at 60 and they think I'm a crack after rebuilding this bike. They think it's an old broken bike.
So don't worry. I won't increase the sound. I just wanted to know.
