Actually I removed the saree guard as it gave a bad look to the bike. I also wanted to remove the pillion hand grabrail and women grab rail at the side to get good look. But if we remove those two, the suspension will get loose. So I didn't.
As for the crash bar, I initially had a long thin black rod, I gave it for blackening. And some other parts for powder coating. (Including saree guard for blackening. My father wants me to add it as he drops my mom daily morning in that. He doesn't like my fz or Apache). My friends are asking me to remove the rear mudguard and tailpiece and hand grabrail and make it look as a dirt bike. But I'm not for it. I'll just remove the grabrail and change the indicators to Shogun's. Soon I'll get two supertone horns. (So there will be three horns.) the horn now is not so good. (Originally when my dad had the bike in 90s itself he made arrangements for three horns and so many other modifications. He removed the core twice and fitted it. He did reboring once when the engine was seized. And he says after that performance got increased.

Actually what is a core?
Does adding it increase sound of the bike or removing it increase?
Even some say making holes in the core increases the sound.
Already my bike is giving a huge sound and due to that all the persons in our street and neighbouring streets are getting tensed. When I ride at 30 they think I'm at 60 and they think I'm a crack after rebuilding this bike. They think it's an old broken bike.
So don't worry. I won't increase the sound. I just wanted to know.

you need a new core/flute/muffler, get a new one and fix it.

And what will be the rate??
I tried for the muffler alone when rebuilding the bike but I ended up finding it nowhere.

no rx flute wont suit rx, the flutes are cheap costs under 200rs

Im thinking of replacing my bike's brake drum with a fz's disc brake.
Is it possible and what will be the cost involved?

I am on the look out for a OE Airfilter for KB 100. ANy leads in Hyderabad and the approx cost would be a saver for me. Thanks
