Hello brother, Never run a 2T pump without 2T oil.Have some 2T oil in the oil tank and the pump to the lowest possible set up.the gears inside the pump will be damaged( as 2Toil lubricates it).that's what I think.experts can correct.

Yes bro I've seen some parts and still outside india there are lots of suzuki as 100 i have a seen a lot in Instagram
And btw I'm still collecting parts for this that is why the build is lagging and I'm a student too so because of exams it will take some time so sorry for the delay [emoji28]

Yes I ran my Suzuki MAX100R without oil in the 2T oil tank and the oil pump was gone. I replaced it with a new pricol pump. That was back in 2011. I have bought a spare pricol oil pump 1yr back for it just in case if 2-stroke spares run out.

I also have my father's IND-SUZUKI AX100 in good condition.

Hi buddies I'm Akshay nath from kollam kerala
I've recently got an old two stroke bike and i will share my plans and details with you [emoji16]
And yea another one to our garage ( i also have a 2013 model KTM Duke 390) [emoji6] and its the legendary Ind Suzuki AX 100 the first 100cc and the first Indo-Japan bike in India. This is a 1986 model (2 stroke) CKD model (fully assembled in Japan) and still has most of its original parts from there. Restoring this is a hell of a job as the parts are rare and finding it is a task. I got this from a place which the bike was exposed to rain and extreme heat and the bike wasn't used for the last 2 years so it got rusted and most of the cables broke , brakes got jammed and the chain sprocket was rusted fully so it was in a immovable condition so we took a carrier and transported it from there to my home

Utilized the lockdown period and started working on the chasis
Had some patch works on the chasis
Removed the paint by using a paint remover solution
After removing all the paints rubbed and polished the frame
Applied the base coat

did you use enamel or spray paint from can

using spray can paint is a very very bad idea, they wash out even with petrol

I'm only doing that on the chasis part only [emoji28]

same effect, try pressure washing it , and see the paint disappear

If it isn't that good then I'll give it for paint job with the rest of my other parts [emoji16]

Its always a good idea to leave the painting to the professionals. Im sure there's a good painter near you who charges reasonably.
Btw keep the bike as stock as possible.
