Re: Project IND Suzuki AX 100
Yes I ran my Suzuki MAX100R without oil in the 2T oil tank and the oil pump was gone. I replaced it with a new pricol pump. That was back in 2011. I have bought a spare pricol oil pump 1yr back for it just in case if 2-stroke spares run out.Originally posted by AD_YAM View PostHello brother, Never run a 2T pump without 2T oil.Have some 2T oil in the oil tank and the pump to the lowest possible set up.the gears inside the pump will be damaged( as 2Toil lubricates it).that's what I think.experts can correct.
I also have my father's IND-SUZUKI AX100 in good condition.
My Motorcycles :-
IND Suzuki AX100 ( 1984 )
TVS Suzuki Fiero ( 2000 )

Re: Project IND Suzuki AX 100
Hi, what promise do like to deliver to the guy's out there preventing two stroke from colonial warfareOriginally posted by Themotoexorcist View PostHi buddies I'm Akshay nath from kollam kerala
I've recently got an old two stroke bike and i will share my plans and details with you [emoji16]
And yea another one to our garage ( i also have a 2013 model KTM Duke 390) [emoji6] and its the legendary Ind Suzuki AX 100 the first 100cc and the first Indo-Japan bike in India. This is a 1986 model (2 stroke) CKD model (fully assembled in Japan) and still has most of its original parts from there. Restoring this is a hell of a job as the parts are rare and finding it is a task. I got this from a place which the bike was exposed to rain and extreme heat and the bike wasn't used for the last 2 years so it got rusted and most of the cables broke , brakes got jammed and the chain sprocket was rusted fully so it was in a immovable condition so we took a carrier and transported it from there to my home
I'll keep you updated guys [emoji6]
I will post the picture of it's present condition below
The restoration job will be mostly done by my brother Ajay.
Thank god my parents and my friends for supporting and also need your support and opinions xBhp brothers and sisters [emoji3526]

Had some patch works on the chasis
Removed the paint by using a paint remover solution
After removing all the paints rubbed and polished the frame
Applied the base coat
Then secondary coat x2 Kawasaki KB100/enduro/125 substitute parts list http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/508615-post105.html

Re: Project IND Suzuki AX 100
Nice going bro. This was a gem of a model. Eagerly waiting to watch it complete. I am currently in KSA and I do see a very similar model here. If required, you can ask anyone in your contacts to send you the parts from here(in case you don't find any locally or online).
Yes, like suggested do not compromise on the paint. I would recommend you get the frame redone by a pro. Cause lateron it would be a pain to get it redone.
BTW I just got my 1994 KB100 restored totally. While the work started in March, got delayed due to the lockdown and was completed only this week. Sharing a couple of pics.
