what you find online are of two types .
1.expensive non contact ones , clamp the spark plug wire from outside and it gives u the readings
2.Connect to ignition wiring but scale is x1000. for bullet u need something which reads x100 and max 6k. And these again are expensive coz of the accuracy to another digit.

PS. if u find something , let me know . even I am looking for one.

I stumbled upon the image while doing a random search on google images
i could not get a direct link to the site because it uses ".php" extension.
Did some searching and this is what i stumbled upon

        the description states
"This is an electronic rev counter made by Smiths with a range of up to 8,000 revs. It has the classic looking black face with chrome rim. It is supplied with fixings and painted cup to hold it securely in place next to the speedo. It can be fitted on the left or right. It has a programmable ratio so can be used with the standard points or electronic ignition."

its is exhorbitantly priced at 199GBP and this does not include postage
when converted to INR it costs 15,382.

You can fir the TB instrument pod for the complete works. Else, try sourcing a RPM-only pod from bikes of yester-years and clamp them to the handlebar. TB's RPM pod has got a fuel indicator as well.

^^ Steeply overpriced and spoils the analog looks. Still, a good alternative to fixing stuff on handlebars. Additional feature: tripmeter.

I am kinda omni-present. This seems like a good buy Akshay sir, since I would need a tripmeter as well.

its a decent option, though it goes completely against RE's image.

+1 to that. That would be easy to source.

get the rpm meter from the Tbird from any smashed up meters that you can find at the dealership or local meter wallahs, That will be an easier retro fit than anything else.

Take the tacho mechanism off an old pulsar and plonk it in a avenger speedo bowl. Make brackets to mount it on the bull.
3 wires come out of the tacho.. One goes to negative, the 2nd goes to a positive and the 3rd goes to the + wire of the ignition coil. Cant recall the colour code now. Will have to check the bike. Make sure not to connect the +ve directly to the batt or it'll drain it out in 2 days flat.
Ive tried this on my 40yr ol' bull and it worked well. The setup has been doing a great job on my rd since 2yrs..
