    3 wires come out of the tacho.. One goes to negative, the 2nd goes to a positive and the 3rd goes to the + wire of the ignition coil. Cant recall the colour code now. Will have to check the bike. Make sure not to connect the +ve directly to the batt or it'll drain it out in 2 days flat.
    Ive tried this on my 40yr ol' bull and it worked well. The setup has been doing a great job on my rd since 2yrs..
    James, please do provide a few pics of the tacho mounted on your Bullet. I am going to get the first service soon and planning to coax the srvc center head to give me a RPM meter.

      Im sorry but i didnt take any pics.. It was just to see if it works as i was planning on installing it on the rd right from the begining.
      Dont ask the sevice head/dealers for parts and be indebted to them. Go to the scrap yard and buy the necessary parts.. Its available as lotsa pulsars keep crashing and braking their meters!
