      Thanks man.
am offered a used 4speed original block for 5000/- its a sparingly used one.
the engine was seized due to 2t pump problem so he is selling that block. i need to rebore it and use over size piston. currently am running with a resleeved engine with stock piston. what u guys think about the deal?. Do i need to go for it or stick with my sleeved one. my current setup is a good one with nice pick up. but the problem is that it gets overheated quickly. the engine is re sleeved two months back so my mech told me the heating problem will go away after run in .
guys please advise me on this

4-Speed bore with std piston (ART), to be rebored for 0.25mm, if this is the case then try & negotiate & get hold of it. (I am assuming this coz you have not mentioned anything)

There is no point in using re-sleeved bores. Try searching for new or used bores.

Btw, which place are you from ?

                            hey Guys,

I'm back and this time with the photos of my restored bike . I'm really sorry for this late reply. After restoration, I was out of India couple of times and wasn't either able to communicate here or spend time with my bike . I left it with my brother and he was taking care of it.

The bike has really come well. After coming back I rode it for few days and believe me, I'm really very happy with the ride. I'm jumping and want to ride more. BIG Thanks to Pradeep (Pyscho98) for all his help in sourcing the parts and guidance in restoring it and thanks to the mechanic for his work.

I just found a jerking issue when the bike was not in acceleration, I took it back to the mech and asked him to fix it. He said that it cannot be fixed 100% but he can fix it to some extent. Now, I feel that jerking has come down but still exists. I Need to look into this, any suggestion?

For now, I have shared the pictures. Please let me know your comments.

Looks good Pic 3 is amazing

Do let us know what went into the re-build. It will be useful for me since I have a 135 re-build coming up. If you are ok with it let me know (or PM) the mechanic/garage who did this.

Nowadays, I am obessed with tyres. So the standard question-> what tyres are those?

                              Keep RXing

EDIT: Pardon my curiousity KA19 your bike's reg. no reads, are you from Mangalore?

What's your needle's position in carb? It should ideally be set to middle or 2nd from top.

Most important question - Did you change your generator (dynamo) during the rebuild? If so, get a triple confirmation if the magnet is for Rx135 or Rx100.
