Someone did mention about the Malay RXZ plastic parts...can someone please shed some more light over it...I'm really interested in fixing up the rear section of the Malay RXZ when I restore mine (and that would be pretty soon)The best things in life are realized on two wheels!Comment

Quick update: Bike is finally taking shape, although I'm under serious time constarints as I am moving to bangalore for further studies and work. Need to take the Z with me so havent been documenting much, and just a speedy rebuild. Got the lockset thanks to JD666 and boy its looking good from here. A few cosmetic touches yet to come. Bore isnt finalized yet. Small niggles here and there need to be sorted and i'll be good to go. Am attaching a few pics. Wish me luck for bangalore and this rebuild to get completed in time :P

Dude, Atul, if you're moving to Bangalore I'd love to meet and see your work man. Been on xbhp just a few months but I've followed your work for various people with interest.
I'd also love to take a gander at the Blue Streak you have there

Atul, in the gladiator disc setup, what's the make of master cylinder? Is it from Endurance or something else? Pls let me know the make. Tks.

I'm using the FZ16 caliper and mast cyl assy. Its KBX. Straight fit. The part number is the same.

Time for a final update for now. with one day left to leave and pack for bangalore did a quick install of wiring harness, clutch assy and bore kit. bike started in first kick. idled for about 20 mins and then shut her off. this is about 90% of the rebuild done. sorry for the cam pics but couldnt help it. this is all i will be doing for a while now. Time to join the ratrace , if everything works out well that is

Have packed up and stacked all the 4 bikes and spare engines in my room with about 6 hours of cleaning work in the bedroom. The RXZ has joined the RD350, Drag RX, and the RXG for a bit of a rest. All tools nicely packed and tucked in. :P

congrats a good build there really pains have given it a good look and guess it performs rock solid too i liked the color too,keep it safe and also take care of it body parts really difficult to find i liked the disc set good one its Gladi right

Got back in Mumbai last week to sort out a bit of paperwork and Diwali with family. Got to finally put the rest of the machine together. Am packing this girl with me to bangalore for the commute. I'm loving bangalore. Esp the weather. This bike is now going to be my steed for the next couple of years and has a special place in my heart coz a lot of good things happened after I got this bike. This also marks the end of my 2 stroke tuning outside and M.T.I for now, although I will continue to ride and tune my own bikes. Its been an awesome time so far and about time I transition to bigger responsibilities from here. Sharing a couple of pics. Diwali wishes to everyone
