I dont understand why no one gives a damn about widening this very important connector between north and south bengal...the night buses coming all the way from Siliguri are a real menace....
The stretch of NH-9 between Hyderabad and Vijaywada is one of the most dangerous NHs. It claimed 3000 lives in 5 years. It is just two lanes and according to NH rules, it should have been a 6-lane highway 7 years back. Now work for 4-laning started very recently.

This is what always draws me to the nabadwip burning ghat... This is some thing I never have found anywhere in any burning ghat I have been to..

So many countries where ISKON is now and so many of them come from abroad and bring their own way of singing the "Hare-Krishna"...

Imagine the scene, a lonely and quite burning ghat with sound of crying and mumbling, sorrow every where as the sun is setting.. Out of no where you hear this strange "Hare -Krishna", sung with some unknown instrument and along with a tune of may be a African village ..

It creates such superficial atmosphire that I cant explain in words..

Enjony this little video (do exuse us for the rubbish talk and quality of it).. Just try to hear the music and enjoy the Hera - Krishna "the Nigerian way"
