Thanks Kedar babu...we sure had fun.

Time for my mighty P&S to show up with what it can shoot. Not many pictures of riders in action as I had my hand full with the Busa most of the time. Nature is static and so was there for me when we were static. So here goes...

Couldn't get greener...could it? The view from the hotel terrace.

    A lovely yellow Dahliya.

    An Ivory White Calendula

With a matching Ivory White Hayabusa!

    The Ceat Ninja up close

    The Three Musketeers!

    The 'Trucker' and his 'Truck'

    Himachal or a tropical rainforest?

Beautiful pics there Sir and this pic reminds me of that instance when we were rotating the rear tyre of the bike and i found that it might have jammed.Later you told that it is like this and it has the torque near to TATA 407.

And you Tagged it right "TRUCK"

The Busa is a pretty docile animal provided you can sensitize your throttle hand to sub-millimetric movements. It was, to me at least, surprisingly stable on the worst of tarmac and even with no tarmac underneath. Soft slush needed patience in large measure as you can't push a stock tyre either for torque or grip. Its about keeping the bike upright to get as much weight straight down as possible and giving tiny throttle inputs. Initially I did keep both feet out and ready like out-riggers to catch a drop if the rear spun out side-ways but then could get them back on the pegs and crossed an almost half-km stretch of soft wet slush without getting a foot down. Says a lot for a bike that's the global speed-king of tarmac.

I rode the Busa, to and fro, and it was shod with stock tyres. The Bandits too had stock tarmac tyres. It doesn't make sense to change tyres when almost 95% of the ride is on relatively good tarmac.

OF - It must have been an unforgettable experience touring with the bandits and the Ninja on a White Busa in places like those....Nothing to much say about photography ...as usual wanna make you revisit the thread again and again just to have a look at those machines

You have done rides on Hayabusa and the Bandit(Leh) and both are made to cover length and breadth of the country without any hassle....What do feel which one is tourer friendly....May be its time to do another XBHP great Indian road-trip with the Ninja,Bandit and Busa- the touring trio (TTT,3T )
