Day 1 ,later half :- After an quick & much awaited power nap , we had to take that nap as the rain was taking all the effort away from us . So, got back to the room and sleepinng was the solution to rest our tired body. As we were down the dream alley , Zayn found that it was already 6pm and SUN was teasing us from the hotel window like anything. I had to fight back with the hot blanket layers but finnaly got up and all set to roll more arnd in Dhanaulti.

This is where we enjoy the nature with more pics throwing up on us. Now the nature changed its hues and the clouds were showing an darker shade.
So the 2nd part of the day after 6pm started with exploring of the ECO PArk 2 just beside our GMVN hotel

Some of us do wish to stay here after having some good & huge bank balance, atleast to slow down the fast hurried way of city life

darker shades of life comes with many curves also !!!!

Now some clouds full of anger , all set to burst

            more Sunset shots !!

An perfect place to seal the relationship with an KISS of your beloved

            Macro's of the evening !!!

As the darkness lurks we had to return back to our respective places as now the shades become more darker by every minute. And by this time we were able to hear the different sounds of the nature with the insects creating natural sounds. Out of one of insects there was one insects which was making sound as it there is an 2 stroke bike running up the hill !! it was so strange & enthusiastic.

This was the last pic of the Day 1.

After enough roaming arnd on foot we were both hungry for some nice hot food because enough of that alu paranthas n all.
So, we settled down for some dinner. Zayn was insisting to have some "chowmin" but I thought the other way round.
For me I think an simple Rajma + Rice would be a lot easier to digest & relish upon. So,nothing doing Zayn bhai also gorged upon the same. We both had 2 plain rice & 2 rajma with butter which made us shell Rs.250 in all , seems to much for the price but when you are hungry & carve for good ol indian food that too while watching the starts above & the Dehradun valley down below & the food is hot too just the way you have it in home.....it all worth it.
"There are Something money cant buy, for everything else there's always an Mastercard" , I paid in cash though ,

So, end of Day 1 , will be posting for the next day soon.

Lovely ride you and Zayn had. I did go through the photographs in Zayn's Facebook album, and especially liked the 'eco-park' as a location. Time permitting, I just might visit Dhanaulti again, by this month end.

Kudos to you two - mirchi guy and Zayn!

Beautiful pics. Specially that of the stairs/path in the mist. Uttarakhand in the monsoons is just amazing.
@Zayn: You have become quite the tourer

thats a very Rajniti ' type of sawal u have asked SHeel. But 1 thing is accepted by me is the roads are much better surfaced here in UK very similar to North Sikkim. I cant say much as I have only been there twice. Had I been in Malda, employed there, we would be doing the same touring back there

i m planning to hav an new 220F soon, then leh in 2011, lets c .

@zayn bhai nice feedback of the Pulsar 220 cc from you from this ride. Hope to see you ride more and more and more I knew this bike is very good. Bajaj R & D people are not idiots. Its a marvelous piece of engineering to be frank and sometimes I am shocked to see people commenting that Pulsar has a defective engine!! But that's not true at all.

@uday bhai were you able to catch him ?? was he out of sight ?? *fastest indian* nice write up bhai..looking forward for more and more pics
