I had been to munnar this june, but unfortunately post the sever crash, the thread has been reduced to ashes.

Ahh! Munnar... Whenever I see the pics of Munnar, my heart pinches. When am I going there on my bike? Its been one year I visited Munnar, and I still feel it is just yesterday after I see the Munnar pics. Lovely place to visit.

Stevie, lovely pics dude. I can smell the mist in the pics.

One thing I do not understand is, why you guys started in the night to Top Station? It is very dangerous. In the daytime, nobody warned us regarding the elephants. It was a lovely drive we had. I wish they complete the route till Kodaicanal by the time I visit Munnar again.

Hope you guys had taken a boat ride in Medupatty Dam. It will be one hell of a ride in the dam.

Also, I hope you guys had the luck to enjoy the top station without full mist. When we went, we were very lucky that it was very clear and we enjoyed the scenery to the fullest. And that too, me and my wife, nobody else.

We too visited in the same time around last year, and it did rain cats and dogs for the three days we stayed there. Luckily we drove in a car, and it was fun. We too visited numerous waterfalls. It was soothing to our eyes seeing those milky white falls coming down the hills.

nope we went there however it was not open at 6.30 in the morning.

Reminds me of my own days when we guys did a trip to munnar from bangalore.
