satyenjee, once i had seen Mr. spiderjaal asking people to wear knee guards on the inside in some G2G must-haves post too Now im really curious about the purpose

the dining hall was closed from all sides meaning all windows closed and lights on 24*7. and no natural air circulation. Didnt feel like i was suffocating though.

    Thanks for the compliments man

thats a helluva lot of history. And eya we saw the hill, its looks like a white dot from the front of the temple

yes we went inside for the darshan. we were in the temple premises from 11-1200hrs.
The lake is actually the backwaters from the vaitarna dam. You get it only if you take the inner road from ghoti. That is if you are going from mumbai to nashik, you will get a left turn immediately after ghoti. Then after following that road for about 10-15 kms, you get a Y junction. Take the right road from here. You WILL see the backwaters
    GK awesome mannnnn.......!!!!

@Gautam! Could you not stress on the BAD BAD road condition from Vaitarna till Trimbak! I mean I went there after quite a while (today) and had taken the car.. And boy was the unfinished road a pain! The rest was actually good but the bad patches just took out the fun of the road. Believe me the condition was much better last year. The first time I did it, I started from Nasik at 1AM did Nasik - Trimbak - Ghoti - Nasik and got back by 4AM. Still wasn't such a pain.

P.S.: I was running in at the time.

            lol...feel sorry for you
But honestly, the roads were much better than what we had encountered during our trip to bhandardhara. So didnt write much about the quality. Are you sure you took the same road? because none of the roads that we rode on were unfinished. Although they were being repaired of the monsoon damages by means of filling gravel. The other two riders were easily doing an average of 45-50. Still will make it a point to stress on the conditions of roads from next time onwards. After all, logs are meant to be, apart from their obvious purpose, a guide to other riders

Bhandardhara comes when you take a right from Ghoti village, the road these guys had taken is left from Ghoti village all the way to Trimbakeshwar, where the roads are bad and unfinished.

                these guys?
i am aware that bhandardhara and trimbakeshwar lie on opposite sides of ghoti.
I was just using bhandardhara roads as a standard to compare both the roads
