Absolutely awesome trip. I have never been to goa, but your simple but very lively coverage of the ride & goa is very mind refreshing. Really enjoyed it. As always, full appreciation to your wife for her endurance on the back of your bike carrying the luggage. Ofcourse, cant miss my cheers to your humble & trusty RX100.

BTW, a tip for all the youngsters on xbhp-

    Thanks a lot Haroon!
And yes I do remember your awesome ride in India and I guess we understand how tough it can be for the wife. We have to take our hats off to them for their patience and endurance.
Your "quote" is absolutely spot on!

    Thanks again & Take care

      Simply Amazing!

Amazing long and pics bro! Keep up the spirit! I know for sure that taking any ghat on an rx is a breeze, however the equation changes when you have a pillion. Helmets off to your touring spirit!
      Keep riding!

Read your "honey moon" trip log. The route you took was really scenic and the pictures are beautiful.

Yes, the ghats were fun but a little tricky with wifey and her haversack!
The awesome route was a compensation

First I must be either High or something that I missed this thread... apologies

Helmets Off to you SIR , incredibly wonderful, not many 2-strokers tourers left here..... it was refreshing and delightful to read your log. And specially Mam was always smiling and I am sure the RX would have been very happy getting open roads, cool breeze and beautiful roads in between.... thanks for the PM or else I would have missed it completely. Great

              Thanks a lot Shivanshu,
Your RX 100 footnote caught my eye and hence the PM. I know 2-stroke tourers are a rare breed these days, but the joy is something special as you would know

enjoyed reading the trip log. congrats to both of you and wishing you many more wonderful rides.

what i really love is the fact you have an RX 100 more like your 3rd family member still in top condition to undertake such a long journey. i still cherish the wonderful riding on RX 100 i had during the years 1989 to 1990.
