    [Photo Feature]: MH-GA-KA: A 1954 Kms Interstate Ride on R15

    Maharashtra - Goa - Karnataka
    1954 Kms Interstate Ride on my Yamaha R15

    Month of November.. For me it was the perfect time to plan a big ride on my mean machine. Why? .. With Winter, the touring season had just begun, my cousin's wedding in Goa and my bike being as good as new after the major servicing/repair work.. Reasons enough for the sport tourer to rise and ride..

    Places Covered:
    1) Velneshwar, Maharashtra
    2) Goa
    3) Gokarna, Karnataka
    4) Murudeshwar, Karnataka

    Places I wanted to visit but couldn't due to shortage of time and money:
    1) Om Beach
    2) Yana Caves
    3) Udupi

    Dates: 20th Nov 2010 to 27th Nov 2010

    Day 1 Log and Pictures: Mumbai - Velneshwar
    Day 2, 3 Log and Pictures: Velneshwar - Goa
    Day 4 Log and Pictures: Goa - Gokarna - Murudeshwar
    Day 5, 6, 7 Log and Pictures: Asnoda - Mapusa - Night out in Goa
    Day 8 Log and Pictures: Ride to Mumbai by NH4 via Amboli Ghat

    Some pix for the introduction.. (Will write a log with rest of the pix, on-board videos and more details later. A bit busy after a week long vacation )

                    NH17 in Karnataka looks better... newly laid kya??
                    Advice is a form of nostalgia.
                    Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

                          Yeah man.. I reached home late night on Saturday.. Was too tired to ride again on Sunday morning.. My treat is still pending, huh..? When am I gonna get it?

                          No idea if it was newly laid... but was in great shape till Gokarna.. Very few potholes. Got couple of more pix of NH17 in that region and road looks damn tempting in those pix. After Gokarna it's like war zone..
