There is no minimum hour specified, Maximum is 24 hours as you already know
yes my post was wrong and i have deleted the same. your trip log is correct. may be the only thing is the map distance as shown by google on your selected route. did you check that out? plus they must be having some cross checks on the fuel consumption + milage+time+distance which i think they are plotting in an excel sheet to come up with a result.

Yes, They do their calculations. I have attached my GPS Log as an extra proof. I dont think they will calculate Fuel Consumption - But i have the fuel stops almost every 250 - 300 kms

Good one bro. Congrats on earning the SaddleSore. Very good and informative. One can come to know it is not that easy to earn a SaddleSore but once decided it surely can be earned. Yes even i think the seats on the Ninja are a bit lame, especially if you are 6' and above. Ride safe.

Thanks! My receipts all have faded out , and in no way can i reclaim the title now. Anyway, Its all part of the ride & the ride is what matters.

I did not formally apply to the IBA after that, I would not be able to courier the actual receipts since the ink on the receipts have faded out.

I do have the scanned copies of them, not sure if they will accept them. Plus I'm in no mood to re apply the whole process again.

                    Hi Ananth,

Good job on completing the SS1600K. I am sorry to know that ride has not been certified yet

I did my SS1600 on May 4th-5th. Posted documents on May19th. After about 10 days emailed IBA to know whether they have received the docs or not. Initially I got vague response. I emailed back. But, I was surprised when I got a response from IBA president Mike that he would arrange for someone to pick my package, and after about two weeks, I guess, he emailed stating that they got my docs and were under verification. After about a month and a half, I received an email stating that my ride was certified and about payment to get certificates. I paid through paypal, and in ten days got my certificates. Whole process took three months. So, going by my experience, I would suggest you to email IBA from their site and highlight that you sent them the docs about ten months ago and you have not yet received any response. If required please resend the scanned documents. Actually, I was informed that emailing scanned documents speeds up the process of certification.

If required please resend your docs through email, and do not let your super effort go unrewarded. I know its frustrating to resend the docs. But, please do it. All the best and I sincerely hope you get the credit due to you.

                    Ride safe. God bless
