Can I join-in???

Hello members..

I am also planning to go leh but unfortunately my plans are not working out as I don't have a company for the trip.
I have contacted few groups and members personally but the response is either waiting or a disappointment..

If there is any group which I can join in or they have a scope to take one more buddy then I will be happy to ride leh...I will be riding from delhi...

waiting for reply else will be on a solo ride to get lehhed...

I agree 100%

I got a few calls to share details of preparation and tips. I was happy to share and had a good conversation.

I also got requests to tag along. I just want to let the other riders know, I posted my plan only to let others know I am glad to help in anyway possible. I am unable to add any members to my group. This has nothing to do with what you ride, where you come from or your experience. Thanks for your understanding.

This is the itinerary that I am going to follow, but it might change after I start riding. Might spend more time at one place, might add a new place.

Hi Guys,

One suggestion - avoid Srinagar. Go via Manali Route and come back via Manali route. One my two Leh trips had bad experiences in Srinagar. I still remember the stone pelting on my car and the dents keep the memories fresh. And the scared face of my young daugther. Locals suggesting don't go ahead - danger to life.

Although Srinagar is peacefull till May every year, but come Amarnath yatra in June some disturbances start which do result in Curfews and Stone Pelting.

Will catch up with you guys in Leh, end June, on FZ16 (white & blue HR 51 No.) this year. Going alone till now.

We were planning to getting Leh'd this July. Unfortunately it seems my fellow members unable to make it this time.

Riding to Leh from bangalore starting 9th August

As of now,the plan is to start from bangalore on 9th August.From bangalore I will be riding alone to Mumbai.Will be joined by three more guys from Mumbai.If there are other people riding to Leh during this period,lets share contacts over PM and keep in touch during the ride.
