Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

                            Thanks a lot guys,
sorry for not updating the thread for a long time, RL with more rides and work loads, couldnt spare time to pen the log.

                            Here it comes

                            DAY 1

                            Early morning ride-

starts right after i get down from my shift bus to meet POS & shaka dining in a chineese restaurant near the bus stop.

Guided them to my flat, where i geared up, loaded my bike.
It was almost 12.40 am on 24th Jan & our first stop was Palanpur.

A super chilly ride it was as i could see shardul shivering violently the moment we stopped for a hot chai at Mehsana.
Tea stalls were almost hidden and we had to use Xray vision to find one. Finally found one, had a good hot tea to warm up our body & Gut.

It was time to roll again, so mounted on saddle to ride to palanpur, where we reached before 3.30and was searching for a room to rest, ended up finally in 1 after a negotiation, so we all took a nice shower ans slept.
Our hope was to move by 7, gaining a 3-4 hour sleep, (but never happened)
we got up by 9 and after 10 it was time to move.

Destination- Jaisalmeer - Route -Deesa- Sanchore -Barmer...

ride begins after the left turn from Palanpur to Deesa- to Tarad and then to Sanchore..

Before Sanchore - we saw this board which brought a big smile on our faces, irrespective of the heat

The road via Tharad was chosen upon the info from Mansuryayas, being much better condition than the direct Deesa to Sanchore road.

Around 20kms before reaching Sanchore, Pos found something mising, hey its te gear lever, its hanging down ? (WTF)

So we stop in the middle of road to get a nut, size 13 to fix the gear lever in place, after searching for quite a while removed the chain tension locknut of same size and fixed to keep gear lever.

Lock nut can be spared, but how come gear lever .

So after that experiment, we reached sanchore, got the spare nut ad fixed the gear lever properly , and got the locknut back to its duty for chain tension.

After a short lunch break, we headed to Barmer and then swift past the road to reach Jaisalmeer, which was almost 250+ kms.

It was almost sunset time when we reached in the City of largest living fort.

We got a room after riding to and fro in the city area, before that we had a quick chat with a COP , who helped with the best things to see in Jaisalmeer. We thanked him and headed to our room.

After getting fresh, the trio , went out to check the forts and construction of the city.

Shardul in the backdrop of a lighted building.

the city was fullof colors just as expected.

                            More to come in sooon..
