Yeah They were.

I got about 36 kms/L. My Fuel efficiency dropped after my 5th service...

But I am happy with the fuel effiency I got for the ride.

I filled up 29 liters totally, 15 liters i got 795 km and on GQ and parts of Goa with 14 liters i got 690 km.... kinda shocking to see such efficiency on a engine which was leaking oil and had bore/piston problem

I have gotten used to riding in the night and generally don't bother about pot holes or speed breakers
