"Wake the ones and rise tonight
Fallen souls we shine so bright
    Rise now and ever
    forgotten memories
    No one can touch us"

    Day 01 Waking The Fallen:

Visions not clear, memories blurry, I am yet to solve the mystery of a week before Ride starts. Not sure what I’ve done, whom I met & what all I did. But the night before Ride, which I can’t forget, Shopping till late night but still not satisfied as the fear of leaving something behind worrying me alot, hanging out with love ones for one last time before journey, packing up & saying good bye, of all this the toughest moment was to prepare my own mind from where I’ve left off. 12 a.m. Checked every one all seems to share same feelings. The Opinion hits back again with asking of using 4 wheels, train or Aeroplane, but passion prevails. Couldn’t sleep whole night was only imagining about the journey, I was in virtual world picturing highways & mountains we were about to cross in coming days. Sometimes Fear of fall disturbing the joy of Ride, body trying to sleep but senses preventing it to fall asleep. Night went in fights among my body & mind, eyes on clock & desperately waiting for a time to hold my Beast beneath the leg. The day 01, here I am, completely awake as didn’t slept clock says 3 a.m. packed up, Ready with Saddle Bags and all the safety gears, 5 am was meeting time & Hotel Fountain was meeting spot. Mom came down to help me in packing & settling up my saddle bags on bike, and then covering them with some plastics to save my belongings from rain, Thanks mom, she knows if she won’t do this I wont take pain to cover everything up & save them from rain. All set, no Rain as I wish, well let me tell you, I don’t love to Tour a distance in Rain in wet condition, and I was happy it’s not raining. It was a monsoon time but somewhere deep down I was not ready to accept that it would rain, though I was less concerned about Gujrat & Rajasthan about Rain but was in doubt if it will rain in Mumbai? Till yet its not. But Funny thing about life is that it never turns out the way you want it to. And Asap I went on Bike it started to Rain heavily, And my mind whispers to my self “Welcome, The Ride Begins”

I Left home exactly at 4.30 am & reached Fountain Hotel somewhere around 5.10 am to not my surprise I was the first one to reach there, it was all dark. But Fountain Hotel was full of people & tourists. Parked my bike & messaged all of them to come fast. Kedar came next after some 15 odd minutes, and told something really weird & astonishing. “Boss, My bike is returning 15 km/l I Can’t proceed with this average, he got panic & I told him to check what’s the matter, after sometime we found that the water is logged inside Petrol tank which is creating jerks & Kedar thought its “reserve time for petrol tank”. Meanwhile Kshitij (Paddy) & Avinash (Avi) arrived & it was already 6 am. And we were all set to leave the Mumbai towards Gujarat Highway NH-8. We decided to take halt directly at Vithal Kamat at Manor for breakfast had a good breakfast there & had a interaction with different people asking questions, it was a nice time there. We started cruising in 80s & being safe was always our motto & before Ride it self we have decided to not cross 100 kp/h figure unnecessarily, 6 lane NH-8 was appealing and was hard to restrict ma self below 100, bike was cruising effortlessly & soon we entered reached Maharashtra & Gujrat Border, Vapi McDonalad, had coffee there & little chit chat, and some posing, jumping & acting. Our destination was Udaipur, we reached there by 10. p.m. and found the hotel near to entrance of Udaipur named as “Hotel Seema”. Unpacked our bags, which took our sweet 1 hour, and after that we left in search of Hotels for food, every thing was closed it was post 11 pm, we found only hotel open exactly near by Chetak Circle, the only open hotel which was closing in 5 min, we requested them to allow us to have dinner, gain some sympathy by telling them about our journey & from where we came from. He told us to order from whatever available & won’t make anything new only for us, we had our Dinner & left the place. We were suppose to wake up by 5 am in morning to leave for Ratangarh, but after 16 hours of Riding we were tired & over slept till 6 am & then packing up & saddle bags arrangement on bike took a good 1 hour of us again, later in our trip we found that the “To Saddle up our bags, and then remove all personal belonging & then again packing up in morning” was the most time consuming job of a ride.

    Day 02

Second Day we didn’t clicked much we just rode to our destination, once we reached Rajasthan it was a great experience. Rajasthan is among the fav state of mine, the Culture & the people are so humble.
We had one little incident in Kuchaaman City where we stayed after second days ride, in whole city we didn’t find a Hotel to eat after 10 pm, which force us to have some food from local Tandoori waala, the experience was quite different & quite thrilling some time. The hotel in which we stayed was actually a sharing lodge & people were drunk there, but never the less the adventure in Ride creates the memories & give you the ultimate experience. Here are the pics from Day 01 –& 02…
