The wind screen is of a Honda CBR 150, available in the Mathikere service center, it more like a treasure hunt to find the place, have cut the default mount points, marked the holes on Duke with a paper, drilled and fitted the same on the duke, it costs around 390 INR.

No Vibes or sounds from the screen, will post more pics.
Didn't check but average was around 22 to 25 I guess.

Nice pics hisunil. Also it's really good to see the cleaning up environment. People go out to have fun and instead they litter around, making it dirty for the future tourists. It will be great if we can set up a team of enthusiasts who will be able to devote some of their time for this cause.

The 390 review from My side is pending but w.r.t comfort, @ 6.1" or even lesser height the folded knee position will give you a cramp on the knees
I have made alternate place for foot by helmet locks on the crash and structures on the bottom guard but still not very happy, need to find good solution.
Also the tank range at around 250 kms is kind of less other than that its a GEM.

Cheers
Sunil
Sure sir . I would need a loan of bike though. Have no motorcycle in India at the moment.
Thanks for the quick words on the 390. I also see that you have made some mods on the rear seat / luggage mount. Can you put some more pictures and elaborate?
Also would you think this is good enough for two up touring?

Honestly, it is beautiful. How does it hold up at higher speeds?

Yes We should have a separate thread on 2 things.

1. Cleanup and Post your pics of cleanup before and of the place also some shots / videos of what you collected, each month we can have polls and winner of the month per ciy and a Corporate sponsored gift / reward for the winner

2. Each ride we can distribute reflective markers / glue able reflector or just 3M reflective tape. AdventureAuto is willing to sponsor and all people have to do is paste it on the rear of truck or tractor / trailer that does not have a reflector, get the picture of that and again we will reward them each moth and also mention them each state /city wise winner. Sunny sunilg please see if we can work on this two together.

Sir You in BLR?
Yes its good but the rear seat needs a change and the foot needs an alternate place for long distance travel.

Please see the reply for V-P its a CBR 150's one available in Mathekere Honda Service, ironically its 390 RS you need to cut off the mounts, use a paper to mark the hols, heat nail to get small hols and then drill to the right screw size.

Thanks Yes its good, it dose not vibrate but yes it does shake with the wind but no noise or distractions

Finally NFS has put up the pics
Some of them are to be censored buddy!.
Saw so many m80's enroute that I thought it gives 80kmpl, but learnt that it doesn't. later asked the locals why they used it so much in the hills, they claimed that it has exceptional load carrying ability and can climb vertical in first gear, so tool it for a small hill climb but was very difficult to ride, kuddos to the guys who use it day in and day out on the hills

cheers

The KTM with MRA is NFS's Mine has the CBR's modified windscreen. NFS did the Handel bar mod himself.

Whoa! That's one loaded up 390

Good to see you both back on the road.

The temple priest up on Kodachadri still remembers you, he was talking about you to us when we were there 3 weeks after you went.

Did the 390 heat up whilst climbing Koda? The 390 I was riding with over heated and we had to wait for 10-15 minutes for it to cool down before we could start again. I would attribute it to the riding style as well though.
