Re: The 3 B!kers & their Beauties visit Dhanushkodi & Kanyakumari

    Day 3 :
Early morning around 5.50 we got a call, it was from the hotel reception he was saying " Sir , sun rise, roof top, sun rise, roof top thank you sir " . Since all of us were awake we decided to go to roof, There were already 50-60 people , since it was cloudy we could not see the sun rise hence came back after waiting for around 30mins. We came to the room & slept for few more hours , we woke up around 10.30 freshened up , packed all the things & checked out at the hotel. We checked in at TTDC & soon we were off to Vivekananda rock memorial, there was a long queue for the tickets the VRM , we had to wait in queue for 2 hours, Later we came to know that there was a special queue as well. The ticket counter closes at 4pm we got our tickets at 3.50pm. The ferry took us to the VRM , we could not visit the Thiruvalluvar Statue due to low tide.

We stayed here for 2 hours, we left VRM, next we went to the wax museum(Avoid this place) the place was average we hardly stayed here for more than 5 min. We visited the kanya kumari temple took blessings , and came back. It was already around 7 , hence decided to have dinner early so we could leave early morning. We tanked up fuel, checked air pressure for tomorrow, had a nice dinner & were off to our beds.

We checked out of the hotel & left around 8am (So much for leaving early ) . The roads are superb we were cruising at 80kms/hr , the wind mills make a spectacular view. We did not click much pics form here on as we had to cover a lot of ground. We took our first break after riding 150kms at some hotel( Don't remember the name) , had nice breakfast. We took a break every 150kms short one though. We reached Salem & the magical number appeared on my ODO. We continued to ride , we had crossed krishnagiri & soon we were caught in heavy rain. We drove till we could find shelter , we saw MCD which was nearby . We parked our bikes , had some burgers , rested for a while. We left around 7.30, From Hosur it was nightmare the traffic was just unbelievable due to the toll booth it was far worse than our Silk board junction. We stopped at the Electronic city flyover as me & varun would take NICE from there, we shared our goodbye with abhi, we thanked each other for this spectacular ride. And soon we were off to our home, we reached our destinations by 9.15.

All set to head back to bangalore:

It looks like you guys were on the run the whole time. Nice pics.

Also, I miss the Analog ODO on my TB350 2014.

Some important pics of the trip looks missing.

      Cheers!

The only day we were relaxed was on day 3. Most of the other days we rode a lot, it was quite an experience.
