So did you guys finally complete your quest for snow? Did you happen to find snow? Last time I went a few weeks back, I dint find any all the way up to Munsiyari. Right now I found snow but all the way up here at Kalpa,Himachal.

Yeah buddy, we did find snow. Have been busy with work. Hence could not update the thread. Would update soon.

Day 2 continued....

We reached Chakrata by around 5 pm. We already had booked the rooms since the hotel receptionist inn Mussoorie had advised us to do so because of lot of tourist due to extended weekend. Exactly the same happened. We met a group of guys who had come from Delhi inn their Honda Amaze. We checked in into our room. We were totally exhausted - the reason was the roads to Chakrata was in bad shape. The view from our room was awesome, snow clad mountains soothed the eyes as well as the soul. Seeing the snow, Pawan was exited ad decided to go to the snow the same time. I was against it but then when Pawan insisted me and Mukul joined in. Turned out to be pretty good decision. The pics follow :
