    nice pictures....i had also gone to this place few months back..had clicked loads of pics but lost them...but this place is quite good for a short getaway...the view from the top of the temple is very soothing to the eyes..
    You can take the ride away from me but you cannot take the rider out of my soul.........

      Yes its one of the nearest getaway..The view around the temple too is very nice...the pics which i have taken doesnt Justify its beauty..

                Yup... we had a good ride..infact it was my first trip after i joined XBHP..kind of insipred from the Tourer section... will surely have more ride quite offen now...

                  Reading the thread title I thought your destination was shravana belagola, then forgot that there are "copied" of it in Karkala and Dharmastala as well

                    Weird that they didnt let you take pictures inside the Temple. They had no problems with it last year when I went there lol.

                          The watchman guy was probably in a good mood that day lol. Me and about 6 other friends, took quite a bunch of pictures in there.

                            Inside the temple there was displayed "PHOTOGRAPHY NOT ALLOWED", this was the first time i had seen that temple..so dont know about last year buddy..anyways we had bribed the temple person some money ( 10 rupees) to allow us to take a single pic..
