    Thanks for your appreciation brother. By allowing people for support, if you meant sponsors then yes, we are looking for sponsors. I am hoping to get my travelogue completed by this weekend or so, and then get to the job of looking for people. Having done the tour with ample of time, I think we have a lot of valuable information to share. Plus, along with the photos we are also compiling videos of the trip. Something like this




    Thing is, I don't know exactly who and how to pitch for such tours. We did approach a couple of small startups, and of them Zostel (the hostel chain in Rajasthan) has agreed to support us. (which is great news).

    I see wrangler, castrol and other big names sponsoring big bike trips here. But I don't think they will be interested in a one or two man journey like ours. Your thoughts ?

        Hi Vini. A little more about us.
        My parents are really cool Jats from some remote village in UP. My mom learnt how to ride this before me.
        Bosses - As I mentioned, I quit my job for this. My friend on the other hand is quite adept in managing his managers. In fact, he is working on his own project of compiling 100 best places to work from home.
        Wife / GFs - We wake up to Hanuman Chalisa ringtone every morning (while on the journey). Our little anthem says, ' Na to Caravan ki talaash hai, na to humsafar ki talash hai'.
        Pockets - We don't have big pockets at all. On the contrary, we are trying to follow the Indian Bhikshuk's ideology of traveling. On two occasions we stayed at temples. And we are hoping to get better at it. Our total expenditure for 2 months was 70k (everything included). I have seen my friends spend more than that in a week's time in Goa.

                          Another thing people, can someone help me through these
                          1. Do companies like Royal Enfield, Wrangler, Castrol etc. sponsor individual journeys like ours. I honestly feel we have a much better prospect since we will be on the road for next 3-4 months. But again, we are individuals and know nothing about marketing that these giants look for?
                          2. If somebody has had experience of getting sponsored from such enterprises, what are the standard dos and don'ts for pitching?
                          3. If not these, then where should I look for getting support?
